What are they all about?

Our group personal training sessions are designed to help you feel more committed and ocmfrtable, but without compromising attention to detail and technique. This is why we limit our group session to a maximum of 3 clients.

Our complimentary and thorough fitness testing and goal setting session will see Younique Fitness design for you all a unique program specific to your goals, abilities and needs. Every session is different to make sure your workouts maximise their benefits.

I believe that no one size fits all. I also believe that fitness training goes hand-in-hand with your emotional and social well-being, so your realistic goals, aspirations, reasons for failing in the past, work/life balance and other life stresses are all taken into account when planning for your end result. The SMART goal setting principles are applied when discussing your goals so that they are not only exciting, but achievable.
