What is Pole Fitness?
Fun, invigorating and empowering, pole fitness will strengthen your muscle strength, cardio stamina and flexibility, all the while teaching you a modern form of exercise and dance. In fact, it is now an internationally recognised sport with numerous overhead national and international bodies, and is continuing to grow locally and around the world.
I've been doing pole fitness for over two years. Beginning with simple moves, it has been phenomenal to see my skills develop so quickly due to the demanding form of exercise that pole fitness is.

What are they all about?
Throw away any ideas you have of wearing heels and feeling awkwardly intimidated on the pole. I believe that exercise should be empowering, and my structured beginners programs will do just that.
I also believe that no one size fits all, so one-on-one lessons can cater to your strengths and weaknesses. I also believe that fitness training goes hand-in-hand with your emotional and social well-being, so your realistic goals, aspirations, reasons for failing in the past, work/life balance and other life stresses are all taken into account when planning for your end result. The SMART goal setting principles are applied when discussing your goals so that they are not only exciting, but achievable.
